Ingredients
- Quinoa
- Black Beans
- Tomatoes, Diced
- Corn
- Onion, diced
- Salt
- Shrimp
- Garlic
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Quinoa.
Add Beans, Tomatoes, Corn, Onion and salt once Quinoa is cooked.
Cook shrimp with garlic and salt til done.
Add shrimp to quinoa mixture.
