  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage (casings removed), browned and drained
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1

First, brown a package if sausage in a frying pan and drain. In your slow cooker, add a layer of hash browns, cooked sausage, onions, your favorite bell peppers, shredded mozzarella cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat the layering process one more time.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in your slow cooker. Cook on high for 5 hours, or low for 8 to 9 hours, according to Crock Pot. When you wake up, your food will be ready to enjoy.
