Ingredients

  • 2 packages (2 oz. each) ground almonds
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 0z. crumbled blue cheese, room temp.
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parley
  • 1 - 1 1/4 pound red or green seedless grapes

Step 1

Spread grapes on baking pan. Bake at 275 until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine the cheeses, cream and parsley until blended. Place mixture in shallow dish. roll grapes in mixture to thoroughly coat, then in toasted almonds. Place on a waxed paper-lined tray refrigerate until serving.
