  • 2 cups fresh or fozen blueberries
  • 3 T. fresh orange juice
  • 1 t. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 t. grated orange peel
  • pinch ground cloves

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer until juices are slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Frozen berries may take slightly longer to thicken. Remove from heat and serve.
