Ingredients
- 1 pund bacon or pancetts
- salt and pepper
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 - 1 cup of parm
- pasta
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion diced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp
In medium bowl, beat eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in parm.
Boil pasta.
While pasta is hot, return pasta back to pot and add bacon. Add the cream mixture and coat the pasta completely.
