Ingredients
- 2/3 cup quinoa
- 2 TBS matchsticks carrots
- 2 TBS red pepper chopped
- 2 TBS steamed edamame
- 1/4 c chopped red cabbage
- 3 oz salmon
- 1 tsp dry roasted peanuts, ground
- Sesame Peanut Sauce (multiplied original receipe by 3)
- 1 TBS peanut butter
- 1 TBS Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 1 1/2 lime juice

In bowl layer in the order of the recipe. I adjust based on personal tastes and what I have.
Dressing amount to taste.
