Ingredients
- 2 stick butter, cubed
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. semi sweet chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine butter and sugar in a bowl with a mixer, beat until fluffy. Blend in eggs one at a time. Mix in cocoa powder until well blended. Add flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in the chips. Transfer to wax paper and knead dough to ensure all is incorporated.
Divide into large balls (giant cookies). Roll out each one into a disc and transfer to a prepared baking sheet. Bake 16-20 minuted. Let cool.
