Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 3 lbs. potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cups chopped ham, pancetta or canadian bacon
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas/spinach (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in a large bowl until blended. Add potatoes, ham and peas or spinach. and shredded cheese (keep some in reserve for top) stir gently to coat all ingredients. spoon into the prepared baking dish. sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake 1 hour or until heated through and potatoes are tender.
