Ingredients
- Small chicken or legs
- Carrots
- Celery
- Pepper
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Parsley Flakes
- Chicken Bouillon Cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Put whole chicken or pieces into pot. Fill with water 2-3-inches above chicken. Wait for it to boil. While waiting to boil,begin cutting carrots,celery,onions,potatoes and carrots. While chicken is boiling,scrape skin that forms off top with ladle. Add vegetables,parsley flakes and lots of pepper. (Baby carrots can be used and placed in whole) Keep at low boil until done,about 1-1/2 hrs after vegetables are added. At very end drop in bouillon cubes and mix. (small pot add 3 bouillon cubes,Large pot add 5) Pull out chicken and shred meat. Add meat back into soup. Serve with noodles.
