Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Step 1

Blender Method:
Combine all in blender and blend for about 1 minute. Scrape sides with rubber spatula and blend another 15 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate batter at least one hour before use.

Cook crepes on crepe maker or in frying pan making batter spread thin.

To Make:
Place crepe on plate. Place two scoops vanilla (or favorite) ice cream in centre. Roll crepes. Top with strawberries or any fruit. Top with whipped cream
