Ingredients
- 4 6-oz bone-in center-cut loin pork chops, trimmed (about 3/4 inch thick)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsps olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove pork from pan.
Add wine, honey, and mustard to pan; bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes.
Return chops to pan; reduce heat, and simmer 12 minutes turning pork after 6 minutes.
