Ingredients
- Ham Balls:
- 1 Vanden Brink Ham Loaf (Thawed)
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits (optional)
- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for the ham balls and form into balls. Place in 9 x 13 pan.
Combine all ingredients of the sauce and pour over the top of the ham balls.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, then turn meatballs and bake uncovered for one more hour.
