Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons distilled vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil. Add onion and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
I put the sauce on the slow cooked ribs after they were cooked and left the ribs in the oven after it was turned off for about 30 minutes.
