Ingredients

  • Crust Meat filling

  • 6

    oz. thin spaghetti, 1/2 lb. ground beef

  • 3/4

    # italian sausage

  • 1/2

    lb. ground 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • cooked and drained 1 15 oz.can tomato

  • sprinkle of garlic powder sauce

  • 1/4

    cup butter,1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. sugar

  • 1

    lrg. egg beaten 1 tsp. dried basil

  • 1

    tsp. fresh or dried basil 1 tsp. dried oregano

  • Cheese layer

  • 1

    cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/4

    cup sour cream mozz.cheese

Directions

Combine spaghetti with other crust ingredients. Chop spaghetti into smaller lengths. Press mixture into greased 10 inch pie plate. Spread ricotta cheese onto "crust" Cook ground beef, sausage, and onion. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Top cheese layer and cover with Mozz. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Can be frozen and reheated.
