Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid gravy browner
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Place steak strips in a 3 1/2 l slow cooker.
Mix remaining 10 ingredients in small bowl. Pour over strips. Stir. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
