Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Preparation
Step 1
Zest and juice lemon. Melt butter in microwave. Stir in lemon juice and peel, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Put chicken and sauce in baking pan.
Broil 4 in. from heat 5-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches 165 degrees. Baste frequently with the butter mixture.
