Oatmeal that ain't mushy

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 dash (1/16 tspn) salt
  • 1/8 tspn cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

*Servings:*
Just 2, each about 1 cup (5 grams protein)

*Cooking:*
Bring water to boil. Add the dash of salt and cinnamon. Stir in the oatmeal and return to a boil for about 1 minute.

Turn off the heat and put on a lid. Wait 6-10 minutes and it's done.
