Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c chicken, chopped, cooked
- 2/3 c salsa
- 1/3 c green onions, sliced
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/3 c cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 6 flour tortillas(8inch)
- 2 c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- sour cream
- guacamole
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet cook first 7 ingredients for about 10 minutes. Brush 1 side or tortillas with butter. Spoon 1/3 of mixture onto unbuttered side of tortilla. Spread with cheese and top with second tortilla, unbuttered side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 475* for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
