Ingredients
- Cup of green grapes
- cheddar cheese,cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 large jicama root, peeled, and cut into cubes
- small wooden skewers
- 1/2 cup plain yogart
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 t. finely grated lime zest
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey
Preparation
Step 1
place items on skewer...Use sauce for dipping
can use english cucumber if jicama is unavailable.
