grape, Cheddar, and Jicama Skewers

Ingredients

  • Cup of green grapes
  • cheddar cheese,cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 large jicama root, peeled, and cut into cubes
  • small wooden skewers
  • 1/2 cup plain yogart
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 t. finely grated lime zest
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. honey

Preparation

Step 1

place items on skewer...Use sauce for dipping
can use english cucumber if jicama is unavailable.
