Ingredients

  • 1 T. Salt
  • 1/4 C. Shortening
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 2 C. Hot Water
  • 1/4 C. Luke Warm Water
  • 1 t. Sugar
  • 2 Pkg. Dry Yeast
  • 2 Large Eggs - Beaten
  • 4 C. All Purpose Flour
  • 3 C. Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Stir first 4 ingredients in small mixing bowl and cool

Mix 5-7 ingredients together in medium mixing bowl

Combine all above ingredients and eggs in large bowl, mix well

Add flour, mix, add rest of four

Cover, place in refrigerator over-night

About 3 hours prior to serving, shape into dinner rolls

Cover and let rise until double in size

Preheat oven to 350-degrees

Place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes
