Mexican Tortilla Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas (6 Inch)
  • 1 can (16oz) refried beans
  • 1/3 c taco sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1-2 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 c Sargento 4 Cheese Mexican Blend

Preparation

Step 1

Bake tortillas on cookie sheet at 400* for 5 minutes or until crisp.
Spread each with 1/4 c beans,1 tbs taco sauce,green pepper, tomato, and onion evenly. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
