Caesar dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon creamy mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss with washed and torn romaine lettuce and croutons. Refrigerate up to 1 week in covered container.
