DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients

  • For 6 eggs, use 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tsp. vinegar, 1 Tsp. prepared mustard, 1/8 tsp. onion powder and dash of pepper.

Top with paprika and olive.

OTHER VARIATIONS:
Tuscan Style – 6 eggs, ¼ cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper, 1 plum tomatoes (squeeze out seed and juice and discard), finely chopped, 2 tbsp. finely chopped basil.
Instead of cutting the eggs lengthwise, slice in half crosswise. So they will sit properly, slice a bit off the ends of eggs and discard.

Thai Curried Eggs – 6 eggs, ¼ cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper, 1 tsp. Thai red-curry paste, 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro.
