- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Salt and Pepper
- Frozen corn (thawed) at least 2 cups
- Grape or cherry tomatoes, halves, 1 cup
- Cucumber, skinned and seeded, cut into cubes, 1 cup

Step 1
Mixed basil, oil, lime juice sugar, salt and pepper. Set aside
Mix all vegetables and add the dressing.
