Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 2 pounds ham steak
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350
combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and cloves in small bowl
brush over ham steak
bake uncovered 20 mins till heated through and browned on top
spoon pan juices over each portion and serve hot
