Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• Cream:
• 1 stick margarine
• 1/2 crisco
• 1 cup sugar
• Add:
• 1 large egg
• 1 tbs. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
• Sift:
• 2 1/2 cups of flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Form a small ball of dough in your hands and drop on cookie sheet flatten.
sprinkle with crystal sugar.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
