Ingredients
- 1 Cup mayonnaise (Hellman’s light)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Anchovies paste – 1 inch from tube
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Milk (note: add tbsp. milk to make it thicker)
Preparation
Step 1
Put thru blender
Makes quite thick dressing.
Add more milk/water to thin out (to taste)
