Ingredients
- 1 pkg smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups instant rice
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and garlic in skillet, stir in sausage, cook until browned. Add pepper, onion, broccoli, broth, and tomato sauce, simmer until vegetables are tender and liquid is absorbed. Prepare rice according to package instructions. Stir rice into skillet, sprinkle with cheese. SERVE & ENJOY...
