Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber( 1 for 2 people), peeled and sliced very thin with a banjo slicing device
  • Salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 of an onion, sliced into rings

Preparation

Step 1

Once sliced, salt the cucumber and put in a bowl filled with water. Refrigerate for two hours, then dran and rince well. Make a mix of sour cream, white vinegar ane garlic powder, them pour over the cucumbers. Put in the refrigerator. When serving, add the onion on top and garnish with paprika.
