Red Berry Frappe

Experiment using other seasonal fruits, such as blueberries, blackberries, peaches or nectarines.

To spike, just add 1/4 cup of white rum.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 oz fresh raspberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 wholte strawberries, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients except garnish in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses with straws; garnish with a berry on the rim of each glass.
