  • 2 LB BEEF CUBED -FLOURED AND SAUTED
  • 6 CARROTS SLICED
  • 1-1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER
  • 1-1/2 CUPS WINE (COOKING BURGUNDY)
  • 1 TEASPOON OREGANO
  • 1 TEASPOON BASIL
  • 1-2 BAY LEAVES
  • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • 1 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
  • 8 OZ CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE
  • MUSHROOMS
