Ingredients
- 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 T roasted almonds
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 t red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together in food processor until smooth. Store for up to 3 days in fridge.
