Romesco Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 T roasted almonds
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 4 t red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together in food processor until smooth. Store for up to 3 days in fridge.
