Ingredients
- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 1 large vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 9 oz Cool whip
- 2 lb crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake to package directions. Grease jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes and cool
Topping
Mix pudding with 1 cup cold milk. Beat in cream cheese and mix by hand. Add cool whip. Add drained pineapple and frost cake. Put cherries, nuts and coconut over frosting.
Keep in refrigerator
