Ingredients
- 6 oz. good-quality white chocolate, chopped
- 1 pint strawberries, wiped off
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Melt white chocolate. Spoon 1 tbsp into heavy plastic bag - set aside. Put rest in sm. bowl. Dip 1/2 berries in warm chocolate. Set on waxed paper. Repeat with semisweet chocolate. Snip sm. hole in plastic bags. Decorate white strawberries with semisweet. Repeat. Refrigerate up to 8 hrs. Makes about 24 medium berries.
