- Fresh ears of corn

Step 1
Microwave: Wrap each ear with husks removed in wax paper or paper towel and microwave on high for 2 minutes for each ear.
Boil: Remove husks and place ears in pot. Cover the pot, bring water to a boil, and cook 3-5 minutes, or until very hot.
Grill: Pull back the husk enough to remove silk. Soak for 1-3 hours to keep from drying out and husk from charring. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning often.
