Tuna Melt

Ingredients

  • 75g light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBS minced onion (fresh)
  • 1/2 TBS Lemon Pepper
  • 2 5oz cans tuna (drained)
  • 5 slices cheddar
  • 5 slices wheat bread

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, mustard, lemon and Lemon Pepper.
Stir in the tuna, breaking it up slightly.

Toast bread. Add cheese slice. Mound tuna on top.
