Ingredients
- 75g light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBS minced onion (fresh)
- 1/2 TBS Lemon Pepper
- 2 5oz cans tuna (drained)
- 5 slices cheddar
- 5 slices wheat bread
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, mustard, lemon and Lemon Pepper.
Stir in the tuna, breaking it up slightly.
Toast bread. Add cheese slice. Mound tuna on top.
