Ingredients

  • Honey Syrup recipe
  • 2 ounces Maker's Mark bourbon
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 ounce honey syrup
  • ice
  • chilled coupe

Preparation

Step 1

To Make Honey Syrup:
In a pan over medium heat, stir two parts honey with one part water until honey dissolves. Let cool. Will keep, refrigerated, 2 weeks.

For Brown Derby:
Shake Maker's Mark,grapefruit juice and honey syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe and serve.
