Ingredients

  • 1 Weight Watchers® GIANT Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Bar, melted (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 tbsp cake flour (AP works too)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1


Combine melted ice cream, flour, and baking powder in a microwave safe mug.
Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Microwave on high heat for 90 seconds or until top appears dry.
Top with whipped cream, raspberries, and mini chocolate chips.
