Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 dozen new potatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Pour water in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, butter, parsley and salt. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until fork tender.
