Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. pkg. spiral pasta
- 1 1/4 cups pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1 cup chopped red or green pepper
- 1/4 lb. hard salami, thin strips
- 1 sm. red onion, cut into rings
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 Tbs. capers, optional
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta. Combine everything else. Add pasta and toss. Serve at room temperature. Mushrooms and Artichokes may be added.
