Ingredients

  • 1 whole brisket
  • 2 tbs. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Make marinate and marinate overnight in refigerator.
Scrape off marinate, turn brisket over.

Bake in a tightly covered baking dish at 250 for 5 hours.

Spread barbque sauce over meat and bake another hour.

allow to rest before slicing.
