Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 box (7 oz) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 1 can (28 oz) tomatoes with liquid, chopped
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer gently, covered, for 30 minutes. Add water if a thinner stew is desired.
