Ingredients
- 1 ⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1 ⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 ⁄2 tsp fresh dill weed, chopped
- 1 ⁄4 tsp black pepper, ground
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 ripe tomato, cut into wedges
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, dill, pepper, and oil. Add cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes. Toss, and let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
