FEATHER ROLLS

Ingredients

  • In a bowl add:
  • 1/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 env. dry yeast
  • let stand for 10 minutes
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cool to lukewarm
  • Beat 1 egg and add to water mixture Add yeast.

Preparation

Step 1

4 cups flour
knead
Let rise until double in size. (approx. 2 hours). Punch down and make into rolls - let double again. cook @ 325 for 20 minutes.
