Ingredients
- 1 large Nappa cabbage
- 2 bunches scallions
- 6 oz, sunflower seeds
- 4 oz. slivered almonds
- 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (Oriental
- flavor)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 pkgs. seasonings from oriental
- Ramen noodles
- 1 cup wesson oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Saute sunflower seeds, almonds and crushed cooked noodles in olive oil until crispy.
Chop cabbage and green onions (use the entire green stem).
Combine the sauce ingredients in a blender.
Toss with dressing just before serving.
This salad does not save very well.
