Ingredients

  • 2 Lb ground chuck
  • 2 Qt pasta sauce (Homemade)
  • 1 yellow onion small dice
  • 1 red pepper small dice
  • 2 celery stalks small dice
  • 2 carrots small dice
  • 1 t red pepper flakes
  • S&P to taste
  • 1 Lb pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the beef, if low fat add 1 T EVOO
Add the vegetables, salt, pepper and pepper flakes and cook until cooked, but still firm to the tooth.
Add the pasta sauce and cook until heated through, do not over cook or the vegetables will become too soft.
Boil the pasta according to directions and serve.
