Grilled, Cheese Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

- 8 oz full fat cream cheese
- 4 oz (about 1 1/2 cups) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- pinch salt
- 12 large jalapeños
- 12 strips bacon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the grill to medium high.
2. Add the cream cheese, cheddar, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt to a blender or food processor.
3. Process until very smooth, about 3 minutes
4. Transfer to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the bottom tip (about 1/8 of an inch) cut off.
5. Slice the jalapeño lengthwise (making as small a slit as possible), scoop out the inside seeds and membrane.
6. Fill the jalapeños with the cheese mixture. Wrap tightly with bacon.
7. Place the jalapeño on the grill, seam side down to start.
8. Turn a quarter turn every two minutes until the bacon is cooked and the jalapeño are softened, about 8 minutes.
9. Serve warm.
