Pineapple Cilantro Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple cut into small chunks
  • handful of fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredeints in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 8-10 3 oz ice-pop molds and add sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Dip molds in tepid water to help remove the pops.
