Ingredients
- 1-2 bags of frozen broccoli florets
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 cans creams of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups French's Fried Onions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Layer broccoli in a 9x13 inch pan. Layer the cooked, cubed chicken on top of the broccoli. In a separate bowl, combine the soups with the mayonnaise and the milk. You may need to add a little more milk to make it pourable, but you don't want this to be too thin. Pour the soup mixture over the top of the chicken and broccoli. Top with the French's Fried Onions and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Remove and top with the shredded cheese. Put back in the oven until the cheese melts. Remove and let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
In place of the French's Fried Onions, you may use Croutons instead if you like.
