Buffalo Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 1 Tsp Cider Vinegar
  • 3 To 4 Tsp Red Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 4 Medium Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Wash Potatoes
Microwave 3 or 4 minutes or until almost done
Mix First 5 ingredients.
Cut Potatoes into wedges
Place potatoes and sauce in bowl, mix until potatoes are well coated.
Place on Grill until browned, turning to brown all sides. About 4 to 5 minutes per side.
